Customer Service Representative at CVS Health – Full Time Remote Jobs

This is a remote work opportunity that allows you to support CVS Health members from the comfort of your own home while helping them navigate their healthcare services and prescription needs.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of CVS Health, assisting members with their pharmacy benefits, resolving issues, and providing compassionate support to enhance their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers and assist with prescription and healthcare-related inquiries.

  • Use CVS Health systems to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.

  • Educate customers on CVS Health services and programs.

  • Document all interactions in the system for follow-up and quality assurance.

  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Must reside in or around Charlotte, NC and be eligible to work in the U.S.
