Employee Relations Partner- Colorado (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Employee Relations Partner to join our team remotely in Colorado. This role is key in fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues, providing guidance on policies, and supporting conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in handling complex employee matters in a remote setting.


Job Description

As an Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and advising management on best practices to maintain a productive and compliant workplace. You will collaborate with HR teams and leadership to develop strategies that promote employee engagement and organizational health while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in employee relations or HR business partnering

  • Strong knowledge of Colorado labor laws and employment regulations

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Proficient in conducting workplace investigations and writing reports

  • Experience advising managers and employees on policies and procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on employee relations issues

  • Investigate workplace complaints, conduct interviews, and provide findings

  • Support resolution of employee conflicts and disciplinary actions

  • Develop and deliver training on employee relations topics

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on employee engagement initiatives

  • Maintain documentation and reports related to employee relations cases
