FedEx Part-Time (Customer Service) Remote Jobs – WFH

FedEx is seeking Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives to work from home, based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to FedEx customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to shipping, tracking, and other services provided by FedEx.

  • Assist customers with resolving issues, such as lost or delayed shipments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize FedEx’s customer service systems to document and track customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center or remote environment, is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

  • Must reside in Nashville, TN, or nearby, and be eligible to work in the U.S.
