Job Duck LLC is hiring a talented and detail-oriented Marketing and Content Manager to join its fully remote team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Job Duck’s marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to manage the brand’s voice, improve outreach, and ensure a cohesive content experience across all digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to support brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of blog posts, newsletters, social media, and web content.

  • Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, video scripts, email campaigns, and more.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously improve content strategies based on insights.

  • Oversee SEO strategy and keyword optimization across digital content.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives for integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across platforms.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.

  • Proven experience with SEO, content strategy, and brand messaging.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CMS platforms.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Project management skills and attention to detail are a must.
