Nuuly Customer Success Associate, (REMOTE) Part-Time Weekend Evening Shift

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Associate to join our remote team. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, thrive in environments, and have availability on weekend evenings.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management.
  • Provide accurate information about Nuuly’s products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly’s values and brand voice.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.
