Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead remote operational teams and manage group-wide priorities across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams.

  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency with operational tools and platforms (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).

  • Ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
