Job Description:
The Call Center Nurse RN plays a vital role in triaging calls, educating patients, and supporting clinical teams remotely. You’ll use evidence-based protocols and your clinical judgment to provide care recommendations and urgent guidance. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in communication, critical thinking, and delivering patient-centered care without being on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote nursing triage and support via phone or digital platforms

  • Assess patient needs using approved clinical guidelines and protocols

  • Deliver timely, accurate health education and advice to patients

  • Collaborate with providers and other healthcare team members as needed

  • Document interactions accurately in the electronic health record system

  • Assist with prescription refills, follow-up care instructions, and care coordination

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence (multi-state license preferred)

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (telehealth experience is a plus)

  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills

  • Reliable internet connection and private, quiet workspace

  • Ability to work part-time hours, including some weekends or evenings

  • Proficient with EMR systems and telehealth tools
