We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail shopping centers. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with periodic on-site visits to ensure optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business plans for each property to maximize asset value and net operating income (NOI).

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and tenant compliance.

Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel, ensuring properties are well-maintained and operational.

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial and management reports to stakeholders.

Foster strong relationships with tenants to promote retention and address concerns promptly.

Collaborate with the leasing team to support tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Valid Real Estate License required within 90 days of employment.

2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on retail properties.

Strong understanding of financial aspects related to property performance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
