Job Description
As a Senior Sales & Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to support critical decisions across the sales and marketing departments. You will partner with key stakeholders to evaluate campaign effectiveness, track revenue performance, forecast future sales, and analyze market trends. The role requires strong technical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns, CRM platforms, and sales tools to derive actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to forecast revenue and monitor sales pipeline health.

  • Support A/B testing and optimization strategies for marketing initiatives.

  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing/sales analyst role.

  • Advanced proficiency in data tools like Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau or Power BI.

  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
