[Temporary Full-Time] People & Culture Manager

Weee! is seeking a dynamic and empathetic People & Culture Manager (Temporary Full-Time) to support the HR function during a critical transition period. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture, managing HR operations, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals.

This is a temporary full-time remote opportunity, ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about enhancing employee experience and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong, inclusive culture.

  • Provide support and coaching to managers on performance management and policy interpretation.

  • Oversee internal communications and employee feedback channels.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR projects and policy improvements.

  • Support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives and training programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
