Weee! is seeking a dynamic and empathetic People & Culture Manager (Temporary Full-Time) to support the HR function during a critical transition period. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture, managing HR operations, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong, inclusive culture.

Provide support and coaching to managers on performance management and policy interpretation.

Oversee internal communications and employee feedback channels.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR projects and policy improvements.

Support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.

Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
