The ideal candidate will assist with processing user reports, updating support logs, verifying account data, and delivering basic customer guidance over phone and digital channels. This is a perfect role for individuals who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to handle structured workflows from home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input user feedback, support tickets, and case resolutions into internal databases.

  • Respond to customer calls and assist with account access issues, data verifications, and general questions.

  • Cross-reference data between user reports and platform guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate call and case notes for internal recordkeeping.

  • Flag and escalate complex issues to team leads or platform partners.

  • Organize and maintain digital documentation of reports and resolutions.

  • Meet daily accuracy, quality, and call-response standards.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, call handling, or data entry roles.

  • Comfortable with phone-based interaction in a remote environment.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, customer databases, and CRM tools.
