UPS Field Service Engineer - Remote Jobs

UPS is hiring Remote Field Service Engineers to provide advanced technical support, equipment diagnostics, and field-level coordination for UPS's logistics and technology infrastructure. This role is fully remote with periodic travel to customer or facility sites as needed.

Pay: $85,000–$100,000/year


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for field-based logistics systems

  • Coordinate service and maintenance schedules with internal teams and external vendors

  • Support deployment of hardware and software upgrades

  • Perform system health checks and respond to alerts proactively

  • Serve as a technical liaison between operations, engineering, and IT

  • Maintain documentation for service procedures, incident logs, and equipment specs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field

  • 2+ years of experience in field service, equipment support, or technical diagnostics

  • Strong knowledge of hardware systems, sensors, and remote monitoring tools

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or installations

  • U.S. residency required


Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $85,000 to $100,000

  • Year-end performance bonus eligibility
