Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written communication and typing skills (45+ WPM)

  • Customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Proficiency with chat support tools and customer service software

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace


Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $23–$27/hour
