Job Description:
As a Virtual Customer Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing support, and resolving concerns through email, chat, and phone. You’ll work remotely while delivering a high standard of service that reflects our company values. Training is provided, so prior experience in customer service is not required but appreciated.
