Job Description
As a Virtual Records Processing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be maintaining and processing digital files with high accuracy. You will assist with uploading, labeling, auditing, and organizing files using cloud-based systems. This role requires precision, a strong command of file structure protocols, and excellent written communication for virtual collaboration.

You will work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the support team through scheduled check-ins and digital communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, upload, and manage incoming digital records

  • Maintain correct labeling and organizational structure across file systems

  • Conduct quality checks and resolve inconsistencies

  • Support audit tracking and archiving procedures

  • Participate in remote training and maintain task logs

  • Respond to internal data inquiries promptly and accurately

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative, clerical, or records-related tasks preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
